Shipping Policy

If you order contains 'Pre-order' items, your order will be shipped together when the pre-order items become available in stock and ready to ship.

If an item is returned due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the item to the correct address. If the package is lost due to an address mistake by the customer, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier and the customer will not be given a replacement package. If the package is lost because of faults from the carrier, customer will file a claim with the carrier. If an item is returned due to the mistake of GLAM by U will cover the shipping cost to re-ship the item.

Returns Policy

Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.

Customers may return within 10 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, unopened, in their original condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to domestic returns, a 25% restocking fee for international order. A $8 return shipping fee will also be charged. Items that are not in unused, unopened, and original condition are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damages.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns. However, GLAM by U will cover return shipping costs if an error on our part. Please understand that charging a restocking fee on returns is necessary to cover costs associated with processing your order. Returns received after 10 days of delivery may be refused, depending on the situation. We appreciate your promptness in handling returns.

Refund Policy
